On Sunday, my husband Westley Leon Studios and I had the opportunity to be vendors at the WeddingDay Magazine Bridal Tour 2017 bridal show.

This show was at the Century Center in downtown South Bend, Indiana. I was very excited to be part of this show as I have been working on my booth for a few months now.
This was my very first bridal show where I had my own booth.

I had a blast meeting new brides to be and I was even surprised by one of my 2018 brides that came to the show! During this show, I had an active giveaway which brides submitted their information to have the chance of winning. I’m excited to be giving away a brand new Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette, Urban Decay Perversion Mascara, House of Lashes Smokey Muse Lashes, and a rose gold brush set all in a beautiful cosmetic bag!

One of the best parts of this bridal show was being asked to provide makeup for some of the runway models. I was able to work on three different models, and I made sure to give each model a different look for the show. The dresses were provided by Paris House of Bridal and they did a wonderful job at selecting each dress for each of the models.

For my first model, I went with a more natural look and a soft lip which has been the trending look of the 2017 bridal season.

For my next model, I went with a halo-like styled eye and a pink lip. I wanted to focus on this model’s eyes and help give the appearance of a more open eye. To do this I used a darker shade of eyeshadow in the inner and outer corners of the lid while using a brighter color in the middle of her eyelid.

For my last model, I went bold! For this look, I did a darker outer corner while using a glitter in the inner up to her middle eyelid. I added a bold lip color to help make this look pop! I love how the look paired with the second dress that was selected for her to model in.
